COVID-19 Update

To Our Valued Customers

At Hatch Lighting we are closely monitoring the developments of COVID-19, including the

guidelines provided by the CDC and as well as state and local health organizations.

Our first priority is to safeguard the health and safety of our employees and their families

without affecting our usual service and deliveries to our customers.

We have taken precautionary measures for our employees (like limiting non-essential

travel, enabling remote work, and embracing online communications) and we will monitor the

situation closely to implement further measures if needed.

Hatch plans to continue our business operations and will process and ship orders until further

notice. 

At this moment in time, there are little to no disruptions in our supply chain and we have asked

our suppliers to keep on supplying us as usual as we intend to continue to fulfil our customers’

orders without interruption.

Despite global challenges in logistics and transportation there are no foreseeable, major delays

arising from the current situation at our own operations and we are busy exploring new options

to continue to enable timely supply should the situation change.
